TOGETHER COMMUNITY CARE

In May of 2017 my husband and his siblings went through a family emergency that required of them, a lot of time an attention. I saw them struggle with caring for their loved one while trying to balance their work and personal lives. One of the things that I realized right away was lots of their friends reach out to check on them and offering help. As a family they did all they could to keep everyone up to date. Even though their family and friends wanted to help in any way possible, organizing that and even realizing how to take them up on their offer became be a difficult task.  While watching my husband and our family go through this unexpected life event Together Community Care was born. 

Caring for a family member or friend can take an emotional and physical toll on anyone.  Many times caregivers are so concentrated on the person they care for that they put their own needs to the side.  With the Together Community Care App you can easily let people know what they can help with and when. Friends and Family can view your requests and volunteer through the easily.   We have created a way to centralize everything, helping anyone through a tough time. Together Community Care has a message board for updates and messages to the family, a calendar to help organize visits, request privacy or other things that may help the family while they care for their loved one.
